This course aims to help students explore and tackle the problems peculiar to interpreting in medical settings with a view to fostering among them an awareness of the special needs and requirements of the variety of tasks involved, equipping them with a basic medical language for such tasks, and proving them with interpreting practice in simulated medical settings.
