该课程旨在：(1)根据具有不同社会科学视角的新兴技术，通过考察选定的社会问题，培养学生的兴趣；(2)利用不同的社会科学视角和理论，以香港及部分社会的特殊关注点来理解选定的社会问题和社会问题；(3)使学生能够应用理论来考察社会问题，找出解决这些问题的办法。

This course aims to: 1) develop students interest by examining selected social issues in the light of the emerging technologies with different social science perspectives; 2) use different social science perspectives and theories to understand selected social issues and social problems with special focus in Hong Kong and selected societies; 3) enable students to apply theories to examine the social problems and identify solutions to these problems.
